Slaley Show - August 8th

Tents open to exhibitors at 8am
Program starts with the Pony judging at 9am

We will have telescopes set up to view sunspots, and at least one personal solar telescope which gives views of prominences and flares in H-alpha light.
Meet our members and discuss astronomy as a hobby, we don't bite...... much... LOL

Plus, we'll be running a fundraising tombola - towards buying a H-alpha telescope for the society, so members won't have to bring their own personal equipment to outreach events.
