Observing suggestions for each constellation. Empty
PostSubject: Observing suggestions for each constellation.   Observing suggestions for each constellation. Icon_minitimeThu Oct 18, 2012 8:24 pm

In this section I will be posting guides to each constellation - One thread per constellation.

These guides will be aimed mainly at beginners - and will suggest the best, easiest, and/or most interesting deep sky objects to observe - though I'll probably also add a few more challenging suggestions for the more experienced among us.

Each one will include a basic chart of the constellation, with the suggested observing targets plotted on the chart - a short description of each observing suggestion - and a little on the mythology/history behind the constellation.

Please don't post any new threads in this section - to keep the section easier to navigate - though comments/suggestions are welcome in existing threads
